• IceGreen Catering Services requires a minimum of three (3) weeks' notice for availability.
   

• A $75 deposit is required to secure the requested dates and times. This deposit is not included in the package prices listed on our catering menu. The deposit covers travel, setup, breakdown and labor for the event.
   

• The final invoice payment is due the same day of the event. 
   

• Your event can be canceled and your deposit refunded up to three (3) weeks prior to your scheduled event date. 
   

• Catering prices are based on small cup servings.
   

• Event pricing is subject to change based on cup size requirements.
   

• Catering events are subject to additional charges based on event locations outside of our business radius.
   

• Additional cups sold separately based on cup size.
